About

Becka Karle

I have spent more than a decade inside behavioral health, and I build for it because I know how it actually works from the inside.

Story

How I got here

My work in behavioral health has covered admissions, compliance, marketing, and executive leadership across substance use and mental health programs. I have sat in the seat where the phone rings at 2am, where the audit binder has to be right, and where the marketing budget has to turn into admissions that actually fit the program.

It is also personal. I have over a decade in my own recovery, with lived experience inside inpatient, outpatient, and sober living as a teen and as an adult. I watched body brokering up close. That is a large part of why I care so much about honest positioning and systems that do not quietly work against the people they are supposed to serve.

I cofounded Trusted Treatment Navigator to give families a tool that tells the truth about how placement really works, and I lead product, content, and the family experience there. I also cofounded Foxhole Forum with Chris Spositi, a peer support community for veteran mental health and recovery.

Today I run two studios. Karle Kreatives is my woman owned, founder led brand and growth studio. Solvhaus Solutions is the systems and software side, which I run with my partner Noah Ames. Between the two, one team can handle the brand, the marketing, the site, and the software behind it.

How I think about the work

Most behavioral health organizations are not short on effort. They are short on alignment. The brand says one thing, the website says another, admissions says a third, and the internal systems say nothing at all because they live in a spreadsheet. I close those gaps so the story holds up from the first ad to the first call to the day someone discharges.

I keep the work direct. No inflated promises, no stock language, no claims a compliance officer would have to walk back. I would rather build something plain and true than something clever that cannot survive a family reading it closely.

Beyond the work

Outside the studios

I am based in Long Beach, California. I stay close to the recovery community through service work, alumni programs, and community events. That contact keeps my work honest, because I hear how these programs land for real people, not just how they perform in a report.

If you want the short version: I am an operator who designs and a designer who ships software.
